IMO for the collector the Russian Tula's are the most sought after SKS's with next being the factory 26's, but the rarest SKS rifles are the North Koreans and the Vietnamese ones.

If it the typical example could hold a 8" group at 600 yards with average ammo, AND if it weren't so difficult to mount a good scope, AND if it either had a good magazine option or a way to load it while scoped, it could be a very good medium range precision platform.
