At the end of your shower, rinse the piercing well. Make sure to not let the waterspray hit the piercing directly. There is a chance that the piercer will recommend you let the current holes close, and then get re-pierced at a later time. While frustrating, this may be better for your body in the long run. As far as care goes, I'd recommend sea salt soaks (SSS) 1-2X's per day IF your ears are feeling itchy or irritated.My piercing fail story. I don't have any pictures, but I have the story to share.
